Key Duties and Responsibilities:

the cleanliness and proper upkeep of common areas, entrances, corridors,
staircases, rooftops, parking areas, and surrounding premises.

Monitor
the condition of the building and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety
hazards to the property owner or management promptly.

Supervise
and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and service activities carried out
by contractors or technicians.

Ensure
the proper functioning of building utilities, including water supply, lighting,
generators, pumps, lifts, and other common facilities where applicable.

Monitor
visitors, service providers, and deliveries to ensure compliance with building
rules and security procedures.

Assist
residents with routine facility-related requests and provide courteous support
when required.

Maintain
records of maintenance activities, utility readings, visitor logs, complaints,
and other assigned documentation.

Oversee
waste collection and ensure proper disposal in accordance with local
regulations and community standards.
·
Respond
promptly to emergencies such as water leakage, power failure, fire incidents,
or other urgent situations, and immediately notify the appropriate authorities.
·
Ensure
compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the
residential premises.
·
Coordinate
with security personnel, cleaners, and other facility staff to ensure smooth
daily operations.
·
Maintain
a professional appearance, discipline, honesty, punctuality, and courteous
behavior at all times.
·
Perform
any other duties assigned by the property owner, residents’ association, or
client representative.
