Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Maintain the cleanliness and proper upkeep of common areas, entrances, corridors, staircases, rooftops, parking areas, and surrounding premises.

·         Monitor the condition of the building and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the property owner or management promptly.

·         Supervise and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and service activities carried out by contractors or technicians.

·         Ensure the proper functioning of building utilities, including water supply, lighting, generators, pumps, lifts, and other common facilities where applicable.

·         Monitor visitors, service providers, and deliveries to ensure compliance with building rules and security procedures.

·         Assist residents with routine facility-related requests and provide courteous support when required.

·         Maintain records of maintenance activities, utility readings, visitor logs, complaints, and other assigned documentation.

·         Oversee waste collection and ensure proper disposal in accordance with local regulations and community standards.

·         Respond promptly to emergencies such as water leakage, power failure, fire incidents, or other urgent situations, and immediately notify the appropriate authorities.

·         Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the residential premises.

·         Coordinate with security personnel, cleaners, and other facility staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

·         Maintain a professional appearance, discipline, honesty, punctuality, and courteous behavior at all times.

·         Perform any other duties assigned by the property owner, residents’ association, or client representative.
