Roles, Duties &
Responsibilities
- Conduct
regular inspections of security personnel and client sites to ensure
compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Monitor
the performance, discipline, grooming, and attendance of security guards
and supervisors.
- Evaluate
security operations and recommend improvements to enhance safety and
service quality.
- Ensure
all security posts are properly staffed and equipped to perform assigned
duties.
- Conduct
surprise inspections, day and night visits, to verify alertness and duty
performance.
- Investigate
security incidents, accidents, complaints, and breaches, and prepare
detailed reports with recommendations.
- Verify
that occurrence books, visitor registers, attendance records, and other
security documents are properly maintained.
- Identify
security risks, vulnerabilities, and operational deficiencies, and
recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure
security equipment, CCTV systems, communication devices, and access
control systems are functioning effectively.
- Provide
guidance, coaching, and on-site training to security personnel to improve
their knowledge and performance.
- Liaise
with clients to address concerns, maintain service quality, and ensure
customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate
with company management, law enforcement agencies, and emergency services
when necessary.
- Ensure
compliance with health, safety, fire prevention, and emergency response
procedures.
- Submit regular
inspection reports, performance evaluations, and operational updates to
management.
